QUALITY ASSURANCE

Miura fully guarantees the quality of its various processes.

The modeling process consists of verifying a customer’s product drawings with our own designed mold drawings. The casting process comprises confirming quality by PT and RT and inspecting material dimensions by 3D scanning. For the machining process, the machining dimensions are inspected by a 3D coordinate measuring machine.
We also have airtightness and pressure testing equipment that uses air pressure, water pressure, and helium gas, so we can guarantee end-product quality.
Moreover, we can measure dynamic balance for IMP and so on.
We can also measure the dynamic balance of rotating bodies such as impellers.
